    Confirm the final stone, any applicable grading report, size, complete price and estimated timing with CMJ.

    The agreed design and specifications guide production. Tell us about any occasion date before you confirm.

  4. Arrange delivery

    Confirm your destination and delivery arrangements. Keep your order reference for care and future enquiries.

Production & delivery

Timing is confirmed for your selected design, stone and size before production. If your piece is for a proposal, wedding or gift, tell CMJ the required date before confirming the order.

Share your delivery city and country so the arrangements for your destination can be confirmed.

Returns & cancellations

Before placing an order, ask CMJ to confirm the cancellation, return and exchange terms that apply to your selected piece, especially for a made-to-order or personalised design. For an existing order, contact us with your order reference.

Resizing & looking after your piece

For a resizing or repair enquiry, share your design name, order reference and the change you need. The design and setting must be reviewed before the available service, cost and timing can be confirmed.

Store pieces separately in a soft-lined box or pouch, and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

Ask for care guidance specific to your stones and finish before using cleaning solutions or ultrasonic equipment.

Diamonds & specifications

Review the stone type, centre-stone weight, colour, clarity and metal listed for your chosen piece. Centre-stone weight and the total weight of all diamonds are different measurements.

Where a grading report applies, confirm the report for the selected stone with CMJ before production. For details that remain to be agreed, ask for the final specification and what the quoted price includes.

A fine straight band, a soft curve or a sculpted contour can bring a different finish to your engagement ring. Tell us which design you would like to pair.
